Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

This Policy applies to the ContentHub MMO desktop application and related authorization services operated by Dưa Hấu AI through chotaikhoan.vn. It does not replace the privacy policy of TikTok or another connected platform.

2. Information we process

Information received with your authorization

• platform account identifier, display name and profile image where made available;
• the permissions (OAuth scopes) you approved and connection status;
• opaque authorization references, token expiry and revocation status.

Content and local application data

• videos, captions, hashtags, privacy selections and posting instructions you choose;
• local media metadata such as file name, size, format, duration and thumbnail;
• channel labels, groups and application preferences stored on your device.

Technical and support data

• application version, operating system, diagnostic status and security events;
• information you choose to provide when contacting support.

We do not collect your TikTok password. Platform client secrets are not embedded in the desktop application.

3. How we use information

We process information to:

• connect and display the account you authorized;
• organize your local media library and channels;
• carry out upload or publishing instructions initiated by you;
• refresh or revoke authorization and show connection errors;
• protect the application, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information or use connected account data for targeted advertising.

4. Video and content posting

Media files remain local unless you explicitly select them for an operation. When you initiate an upload, the selected video, caption and posting settings are transmitted to TikTok through its official APIs. Draft-upload workflows may require you to review and complete the post inside TikTok.

ContentHub MMO does not publish in the background without a user-selected account and an explicit upload or publish action.

5. When information is shared

Information may be shared only:

• with TikTok or another platform to perform the action you requested;
• with infrastructure providers acting for us under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
• when required by law, legal process, or to protect users and the security of the service;
• as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable notice and safeguards.

We do not transfer connected account data to data brokers.

6. Storage and retention

Local media-library information remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall/reset the application. Authorization credentials are protected outside the renderer and retained only while needed to keep the connection active or until they expire, are revoked or are deleted.

Security and diagnostic records are retained only for a limited period reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.

7. Security

We use measures designed to protect data, including encrypted operating-system credential storage, OAuth PKCE, access controls, limited IPC boundaries, log redaction and transport encryption. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. You can also:

• disconnect an account in ContentHub MMO;
• revoke access from your TikTok account settings;
• remove local media records or uninstall the application;
• contact us to request deletion of broker-side authorization data.

We may need limited information to verify that a request relates to the correct account. We will not ask for your platform password.

9. Children's privacy and international use

ContentHub MMO is not directed to children below the minimum age required by the connected platform or applicable law. Do not connect an account if you are not eligible to use it. Information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when features, platform requirements or laws change. The latest version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
