Terms of Service

1. Service and provider

ContentHub MMO is provided by Dưa Hấu AI through chotaikhoan.vn. It is a desktop workspace for organizing local video files, managing user-authorized social channels and initiating content uploads or publishing actions selected by the user.

The available features may vary by application version, platform approval status and the permissions granted by you.

2. Eligibility, accounts and authorization

• You must be legally able to use the connected platform and comply with its age and account requirements.
• You may connect only an account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
• Authentication is completed on the social platform's official authorization page. ContentHub MMO does not ask for or store your TikTok password.
• You are responsible for protecting your device, license credentials and connected accounts.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in videos, captions and other material that you select. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your explicit instruction, such as preparing a file and transmitting it to a connected platform.

You are responsible for confirming the selected account, video, caption, privacy setting and other publishing options before submission. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for all uploaded content.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ContentHub MMO to:

• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive or fraudulent material;
• send spam, manipulate engagement or operate accounts without authorization;
• bypass platform limits, security controls, reviews or access restrictions;
• introduce malware, disrupt the service or reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits it.

5. Third-party platforms

TikTok and other connected services are independent third parties. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms, community guidelines, privacy rules and API policies. We do not control their availability, moderation decisions, posting limits or account actions.

ContentHub MMO will request only the permissions needed for enabled features. You may revoke access through the connected platform or request removal through our support channel.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, limit or discontinue features to improve security, comply with platform requirements or maintain compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you should keep original copies of all content.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the application and disconnect your social accounts at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations or material violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Dưa Hấu AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform outages, moderation decisions, loss caused by unauthorized account use, or content submitted contrary to your instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
