ContentHub MMO never needs your TikTok password. You can revoke TikTok access at any time and request deletion of server-side authorization records.
1. Disconnect and revoke access
- Open ContentHub MMO and select the connected TikTok channel.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm the action.
- You may also remove ContentHub MMO from the security or connected-app settings of your TikTok account.
Disconnecting stops ContentHub MMO from using that authorization for future actions.
2. Request server-side deletion
Contact Dưa Hấu AI through official Telegram support or the contact page. State that the request concerns “ContentHub MMO data deletion” and provide the ContentHub account or license username plus the connected TikTok display name. Never send a TikTok password, access token or client secret.
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to the correct ContentHub account. We will confirm receipt and process valid requests without undue delay, subject to records that must be retained for security or legal obligations.
3. Data covered by the request
A verified deletion request covers broker-side TikTok authorization grants and associated connection metadata controlled by ContentHub MMO. Revocation prevents future API access. Limited security, abuse-prevention or legal records may be retained only where necessary and then removed through normal retention and backup rotation.
4. Remove local application data
Videos and library metadata stored on your computer are not removed by a server-side request. Delete items in ContentHub MMO before uninstalling, or use the application's data-management and reset controls. Back up any media you wish to keep first.
